Impartiality Management
PT Global System International
PT Global System International is committed to protecting the impartiality of every certification decision we make. Our conclusions are based solely on objective evidence gathered during assessment, never on commercial interest, relationships, or outside pressure.
Top management upholds this commitment by ensuring:
-
1
Certification activities are carried out free from commercial or financial pressure of any kind.
-
2
Risks to impartiality, whether internal or external, are identified, evaluated, and documented on an ongoing basis.
-
3
We decline to provide certification services whenever a genuine threat to impartiality exists, including requests from related or affiliated entities.
-
4
Directors, auditors, technical experts, and subcontracted personnel involved in certification sign a declaration of non-conflict of interest before taking part in any engagement.
-
5
Shareholders, directors, and staff hold no affiliation with any organization that provides management system consulting.
-
6
Assigned auditors have no prior relationship with the client under assessment, or have observed a minimum two-year separation from any past employment with that client.
-
7
Personnel involved in an organization's certification do not simultaneously deliver in-house training or consultancy to that same organization.
-
8
We do not certify the management system of a client that has received consultancy directly linked to the certified scope.
-
9
Audit processes are never outsourced to a management consulting organization.
