Impartiality Policy

In conducting its audit and certification activities, PT Global System International takes full responsibility for maintaining impartiality. We keep our operations free from commercial, financial, or other pressure that could compromise our objectivity, and we actively manage conflicts of interest to safeguard the integrity of every management system certification we issue.

To earn and preserve the trust placed in us, PT Global System International bases every certification decision solely on objective evidence of conformity — or nonconformity — gathered during the course of our work. No decision is influenced by outside interests or third parties.

We continuously identify, analyze, and document risks to impartiality arising from our activities and relationships, including relationships between personnel, recognizing that such relationships do not automatically constitute a threat to our objectivity. Every individual involved in our audit, certification, and certificate issuance process signs a formal Declaration of Impartiality before taking part.

Top management upholds this commitment by ensuring:

  Independence from all parties involved in the certification process.

  Neither PT Global System International nor its personnel take part in activities that could conflict with legal freedom and integrity in relation to audit and certification work.

  PT Global System International will never become part of a legal entity involved in an organization it audits or certifies.

  PT Global System International will not be associated with any separate legal entity involved in the organization under audit.

  PT Global System International and its personnel may not offer or provide internal audit services to certified clients.

  Audit activities are never outsourced to a management consulting organization, as doing so would pose an unacceptable threat to the impartiality of our certification body.

  PT Global System International does not certify other certification bodies for their management system certification activities.
