ISO Management System Certification

ISO Certification Process

PT Global System International (GSI) follows a structured, impartial, and evidence-based process to evaluate conformity and support credible certification decisions.

01
Application & Planning Scope review, proposal, agreement, and audit preparation.
02
Initial Certification Stage 1 Audit, Stage 2 Audit, review, and decision.
03
Certification Cycle Surveillance and recertification activities.

From Application to Continued Certification

Each activity is planned according to the applicable management system standard, certification scope, organization size, operational complexity, sites, and relevant scheme requirements.

Application & Planning

Application and Certification Inquiry

The organization submits initial information covering the requested standard, proposed certification scope, activities, locations, workforce, and other information required for application review.

Application & Planning

Application Review and Proposal

GSI reviews the application, confirms that the required competence and resources are available, determines the proposed audit duration, and provides a certification proposal.

Application & Planning

Certification Agreement and Audit Planning

After the proposal is accepted, GSI confirms the certification scope, contractual terms, audit team, dates, locations, and audit arrangements while managing competence and impartiality requirements.

Initial Certification

Correction and Corrective Action Review

When nonconformities are identified, the organization submits corrections, cause analysis, corrective actions, and supporting evidence. GSI evaluates the response and may conduct follow-up verification when required.

Initial Certification

Technical Review and Certification Decision

Audit information and conclusions are independently reviewed by competent personnel who were not involved in conducting the audit. Certification is granted only when applicable requirements have been fulfilled.

Initial Certification

Certificate Issuance

Following a positive certification decision, GSI issues the certificate for the approved standard, organization, locations, and certification scope, subject to the applicable certification terms.

Certification Cycle

Surveillance Audits

Surveillance audits are conducted at planned intervals during the certification cycle to confirm continued conformity, implementation, effectiveness, and appropriate use of certification.

Certification Cycle

Recertification

Before the current certificate expires, a recertification audit evaluates the continued conformity and effectiveness of the management system and supports a decision for the next certification cycle.
